About the Author

Jessica Meats is a UK-based author of science fiction and fantasy books. Her first novel, Child of the Hive, a near-future action adventure was published in 2009, and since then she has published a variety of novels and novellas for both adults and young adults. When Jessica is not writing, she works in the IT industry, and brings her love of technology into her science fiction works. In her free time, Jessica enjoys badminton, embroidery, and learning medieval combat.
